About the directory
Someone who paints custom artwork on the front of a binder — turning a plain card binder into a one-of-a-kind piece, usually with acrylics or paint pens sealed so it survives handling. Many take commissions: you pick the Pokémon and the scene, they paint your binder. The scene lives on Instagram, TikTok, and Etsy.

No. Listings are free, there is no exclusivity, and we never ask for anything in return. The directory exists to send collectors to the people painting great binders.
