Shining Mewtwo wears the gold-bordered alternate coloring of the 'Shining' Pokémon — Neo Destiny's secret-rare experiment in shiny variants, numbered past the end of the set. It's the WOTC-era sibling of the later Gold Star treatment, and one of the tougher Shining cards to find clean.
