Collecting Torkoal

Torkoal never evolves, so its binder page is a single card slot rather than a multi-stage spread — 23 cards across 20 sets to fill it with. The top pull is the original 2003 Dragon Rare Holo, the same set that introduced the Pokémon to the TCG. Ken Sugimori and Ayaka Yoshida each drew it twice, keeping the artist pool tight for a Fire-type this deep.

Collect & display your Torkoal cards

Building a Torkoal page is a great themed display — gather your favorite art across sets onto one spread. Free printable dividers and our binder guides help keep it sharp.

Torkoal in the games

Pokémon Ultra Sun
You can tell how it’s feeling by the smoke spouting from its shell. Tremendous velocity is a sign of good health.
